We are nearing the end of our I Am CrossFit Challenge! Our participants have done an amazing job improving body composition and strength. For those involved, a few reminders:


*See your coach this week for final pictures and measurements

*Check out the following resource for some information about what to do nutritionally now that the challenge is over. Additionally, review your final food journal with your coach and discuss your plan of action from here on out

Community WOD

This Saturday at 10:00 am we will have our free, monthly community workout. This workout is open to anyone who wants to give CrossFit a try and will be our only regular workout of the day. Anyone who attends will have the opportunity to enroll in our Elements courses (a prerequisite for becoming a member, typically $150) for free, or to take 2 weeks of Boot Camp classes for free. Current members who wish to attend must bring a guest, as we are trying to keep the group size reasonable! Interested? Email Meghan ASAP! meghan@centervillecrossfit.com Don’t forget-Power Yoga will go down at 11:15 on Saturday for $10. This is a great time to unwind from the Games WOD pain!
