At Centerville CrossFit, we recommend our clients follow a Paleo nutrition plan. To those just starting to tackle this way of life, all of the information can be overwhelming. Additionally, many clients who have been eating this way for some time can become stuck in a rut with preparing the same meals over and over. Fortunately, cooking for Crossfit can be both easy and delicious with some key ingredients and techniques. Chef Jeff of Bellyfire Catering has been eating Paleo and preparing meals for himself and his clients and is ready to share his knowledge with you. Join us for an evening of learning the ins and outs of creating Paleo compliant meals for yourself and your family. Jeff will use this 90 minute seminar to prepare 5 items, discuss variations, answer questions, and provide samples to taste.

The seminar will be May 2nd from 7:30-9:00 pm at Centerville CrossFit.
