As a follow up to yesterday’s post, check out the following video by Jeff and learn more about how his company, Bellyfire Catering, can bring Paleo meals to you each week! Many of us have already been taking advantage of this service, and we can tell you that regardless of whether you adhere to a strict Paleo diet or not, these will be some of the best meals you’ve ever had!

Running Clock Strict Pull-ups (or Muscle Ups)


one pull up the 1st min, 2 pull ups the 2nd min, etc etc


*if you can’t make it to at least 10 minutes, switch to kipping
