2012 Games Open

2012 Games season has begun.

Still uncertain about whether or not you should sign-up for the Open? The answer is YES! Not only will participating in the Games give you a great experience in terms of how competition feels, you will have a chance to put your skills to the test! This event is perfect for everyone, whether you have hopes to compete at the next level or you are just getting started with CrossFit.

To make the series of workouts even more fun for everyone, we will be completing them as a group. Here are the details:

  • *The workouts are released on Wednesday of each week, beginning February 22
  • *Each Friday, we will hold heats beginning at 6:00 pm and running approximately every 20 minutes. You will sign-up for your heat each week. On these days, our only other classes will be at 6:00 am and 4:30 pm.
  • *Following each workout, we would like to invite you to stick around and cookout with us. Bring your families and spend some time socializing with everyone!
  • *If you are unable to attend on one of the Fridays, we will offer alternative times for you to get your workout in
  • *Once completed, you will go online and enter your score. Once verified by CCF, you will have the opportunity to watch the results from other gyms from the area and see how you stack up.

*The dates of our group WODs/cookouts will be: 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, and 3/23
