Weighted side plank (hold DB at hip) – 30 seconds/side x3; rest as needed
***if you couldn’t hold a side plank for more than 1 minute, do these unweighted

Then:

5  rounds:
20 OH weighted lunges (L+R=2)
20 wall ball
200m run
