Pull up skill work

3 sets of negatives – 3 seconds to lower, 5 reps/set; rest 2 min between

***if negatives are easy, add weight

 

In 2 min, sprint 200m then perform max rep goblet squats

Rest 2 min

In 2 min, sprint 200m then perform max rep box jumps

Rest 2 min

In 2 min, sprint 200m then perform max rep DUs

Rest 2 min

In 2 min, sprint 200m then perform max rep burpees
