Pull up skill work
4 sets of negatives – 3 seconds to lower, 5 reps/set; rest 2 min between
***if negatives are easy, add weight

4  rounds:
20 weighted step ups
30 weighted sit ups
40 weighted lunges
50 DUs
***can use DBs/KBs at sides or hold one in goblet squat position for step ups and lunges
