Congratulations to team Afterburners in their 2nd place finish at the Back to the Ranch competition over the weekend.  The team workouts were very eventful and included everything from swimming,  running with a 160lb slosh pipe,  max efforts, rope climbs and much much more! It was a very exciting competition and we can’t wait to send all of our athletes there next year!

Monday WOD

3 sets (not for time):

Front squat – 5 tough reps; rest 20 sec – add a little each set

Kipping pull ups (or ring rows) – 8-12 unbroken reps; rest 3 min
