CCF Nutrition Challenge

The CCF Nutrition Challenge kicks off Wednesday, October 17th!

Participants will be divided into smaller groups under the guidance of one of Centerville Crossfit’s trainers. At the start of the challenge you’ll meet with your trainer one-on-one to discuss nutrition as well as your health and fitness goals, and you’ll be in contact throughout the 6 weeks. Within the first week we’ll need everyone to complete a 3-day food log, get initial measurements, and complete the two baseline workouts. More details on all of this to follow!

Anyone raising $80.00 or over will receive the signature Barbells for Boobs support shirt provided by Reebok. The $80 contribution is the estimated cost to provide one mammogram.

*PLEASE DO NOT BRING MONEY RAISED INTO THE GYM! ALL FUNDS GO DIRECTLY TO BARBELLS FOR BOOBS® AND MUST BE TRACKED ON THEIR SITE.
