Food Swap

The Food Swap is THIS SUNDAY at 2pm! We encourage everyone to come, whether you’re participating in the Nutrition Challenge or not. This is a great way to try out lots of Paleo recipes, plus if you bring your own dish to try you’ll be leaving with FIVE new meals for the week. Info packets are on the front desk by the computer. Free Community Workout

Our next free community workout is Saturday, November 3rd at 10:00 am and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about Centerville CrossFit. As always, we welcome repeat visitors, and we recommend you RSVP as soon as possible, as our last 11 events have sold out. Friday Night Lights

Friday November 2nd at 6:00 pm we will be having our “Friday Night Lights” workout for our current members. Everyone is welcome to join us for a workout designed to replicate the feel of the Games Open. Come enjoy the WOD and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters.

*only one person working at a time, each partner must complete one full round before switching!

*If you did the WOD yesterday substitute 5 Deadlifts and 10 Paratroopers (L+R=1).
