AMREP 7 Mins:

Burpees

There ia a variation from the original 2012 WOD. There WAS a required 6 inch jump/touch. We will require only that the hands clap together straight overhead shoulders fully extended, with hips and knees fully extended. Both feet must leave the ground. Have a partner judge/count every burpee and hold the CrossFitter to the standard.
