You are now more fit than you have been in your life! You put countless hours of time and effort trying to improve your fitness.  Everything required at the gym can open new and exciting activities that you never thought possible.   It has always been part of the CrossFit prescription to, “Regularly try and play new sports.”  What things are you doing to try out your new athletic skills; Andrew prefers hiking!

Free Community Workout

Our next free community workout is Saturday, May 4th at 10:00 am and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about Centerville CrossFit. Friday Night Lights is BACK!

Friday, May 3rd at 6:00 pm we will be having our “Friday Night Lights” workout for our current members. Everyone is welcome to join us for a workout designed to replicate the feel of the Games Open. Come enjoy the WOD and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER EVENING CLASSES
