Friday WOD

Front Squat

1×3 – 50%

1×3 – 65%

1×3 – 75%

 

Rest no more than 60 seconds – or the time it takes you to put weight on the barbell – between these first three sets!

 

1×1- 80-85%

1×1- 85-90%

1×1- 90-95%

 

Rest 2 minutes between sets for the last three sets.
