Centerville CrossFit will be hosting the First Annual “Tri State Throwdown”. This test of fitness will include a minimum of 3 workouts designed to find who the fittest is. Now it’s your chance, will you compete?

We will have Male and Female divisions with 3 different subcategories:

1. Elite – This means you can do Muscle ups, C2b pull ups, pistols, double unders and medium weight olympic lifts are not an issue

2. Scaled

3. Masters- 50 years or older
