Over the weekend Centerville CrossFit hosted the first ever Tri-State Throwdown! 150+ athletes competed in 5 different events throughout the day. We could not be more proud of everyone who competed! Thank you all for coming and making it such a success.  HUGE thank you to all the volunteers you all did an amazing job! It could not have happened with out you!
