Monday WOD

Every 3 min for 4 rounds:

A. Front squat @30X1 6-8 reps


EMOM for 10 min

odd – 6 pistols

even – 10 pullups


5 rounds – goal is same time each rounds:

10 burpees

15 air squats

row 200m

rest 1 min
