Sunday, Sunday, Sunday…we are offering a new class this Sunday at 12:00. This will be a trial run to see how many people are interested.


Think metabolic conditioning. We will take advantage of the equipment that has limited availability during the week (rings, GHD, ropes). There will be programmed skill work, awesome conditioning, and abdominal strengthening.


This Sunday is FREE! It will not count as a class for your month and no drop-in fee… Any takers?
