Every 2 min for 5 sets, ascending weight per set:

A. PCx1/PPx2/PJx1


Every 2 min for 5 rounds:

A. Wtd dip @30X1 2-3 reps


5 sets:

5 burpees AFAP

sprint 50m hard

rest 3 min
