Are You Ready for the Open?

It’s time once again to register for the CrossFit Games Open! We would like to encourage all of the members of CCF to go here starting tomorrow to register. Competing in the Open is a fun way to put your skills to the test, and the best part is, ANYONE can compete! Just like our daily WODs, each workout will be scalable for any level of fitness, even our newest members.

Beginning February 22, one workout will be released each week for 5 weeks. We will have groups WODs at the gym, where you will have the chance to complete the workout with a group, have your workout scored by one of our trainers, and then submit your scores online.

This experience is a great way to participate in a team environment and get a little taste of what the Games athletes experience.  If you have any questions about the open, please talk to any trainer or one of the many members who participated last year. We look forward to fielding a full team of motivated athletes!

Community Workout:

*We have 4 spots left for the February 4 community workout. This workout will begin at 10:00 am and will be the only workout of the day. Current clients must bring a guest in order to attend! Please RSVP by emailing Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com
