Announcement:  Strength Athletes don't forget to bring in you 3 ring binders and workout cards.  It all begins today.  There will be two seperate boards in the power lifting corner one for the Louie of the Day, and the other for the Wendler people.  Try to get into the gym 15 minutes before the start of the regular CrossFit class and get going.
