    I want to thank Matt (and Graham) for that burpee smack down yesterday. At one point, I started to wish I would fall from the chinning rig and hurt myself just so I wouldn’t have to finish it! lol Honestly, it was one of those workouts that once you finished and were able to peel yourself off the floor you could say, “Wow! I just did that!” What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger! Right?
