Jess (top) and Richard both feel the burn of their Dive Bomber Push-ups and they both have something talk about also.  Jess has gained eight pounds of muscle since he began CrossFit two months ago and Richard had a PR Friday on his power cleans.  Congrats guys! Keep up the hard work.
