Busy Saturday!

Our February Community WOD is now at capacity. If you have not yet emailed your RSVP, please invite any potential clients to attend next month’s WOD. Remember, the 10 am workout will be the only WOD on Saturday, and current clients must have a guest in order to participate.

Yoga

If you aren’t attending the Community WOD on Saturday (or even if you are!), there’s still an opportunity to come in and get your butt kicked! Show up at 11:15 with your yoga mat and $10 and let Justina spend an hour strengthening and stretching your body via her Power Yoga class. As anyone who has taken it can tell you, this is an awesome session you shouldn’t miss!

CrossFit Kids

This Saturday we also have a CrossFit Kids class at 1:30. We had a great turnout last week, and we look forward to welcoming kids of all ages this Saturday as well. There is a $5 drop in fee, and you simply need to email Becky at brogers018@gmail.com with your child’s name and age to reserve your spot. Note: there will be no CF Kids classes Saturday, February 11 or Saturday, February 18.

We are excited about all of the great opportunities happening at CCF, and we thank you for being a part of it!
