CCF Nutrition Challenge

Details and Rules

 

Centerville Crossfit will host a 6-week Nutrition Challenge for anyone interested (non-members encouraged to join as well!), to run from Oct 17th to Nov 21st.  The goal of this challenge will be for participants to work closely with a trainer to establish healthier eating habits, while working towards their personal goals in sustained health and fitness.  Participants will be scored in 3 major categories

 

  1. Body measurements – to include site specific caliper measurements, body fat %, and lean body mass.
  2. Workout performance – percent improvement by each client on 2 baseline workouts, performed at the beginning and end of the challenge
  3. Food logging frequency/compliance – logging your food builds a unique awareness of what you’re eating on a daily basis. Each participant will be asked to keep a daily log of everything they eat/drink throughout the challenge.  Be honest and be accountable!

 

The registration fee is $20. Prizes will be given throughout based off of weekly mini-contests, and we will also crown a grand prize winner at the end based off of their combined scores from the 3 categories above.
