For those of you who aren't friends with Centerville Crossfit on Facebook. Here is a video from the first Crossfit/Strongman Hybrid workout.  These types of WODs will be done only at 4:30 on friday! So come and enjoy. 

Monday WOD

1 RM Deadlift

20 min time limit.  Then…

24 Double Unders

AMRAP in… 7 min.

Your Score is your 1 RM Deadlift in lbs + your reps from the workout
