Christmas Party

Mark your calendars! On Friday, December 16, we will be celebrating Christmas with our Centerville CrossFit family. The party will begin at 6:00 pm (please note: there will be no other workouts this day) with a workout (including a special CrossFit kids workout!), followed by a catered dinner and white elephant gift exchange. You won’t want to miss this event, and we encourage you to bring your family. An RSVP sheet will be posted in the gym; this will be important to ensure we have enough food for everyone!

Boot Camp Update

Due to the expansion of our Boot Camp clientele, we now have additional class days/times. Boot Camp classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 am (this is a perfect time for moms to workout while the kids are in school!), Monday through Thursday at 6:00 pm, and Saturdays at 9:00 am. We have pricing for those wishing to take classes 2 or 3 times per week, and beginning this month we are offering a “punch card” option. Simply pre-pay for the number of classes you wish to take during the month (minimum 4), and drop in whenever it’s convenient. We hope this helps everyone start or maintain their fitness routines during the busy holiday season. Remember: Boot Camp classes are scalable and suitable for all levels of fitness, and in addition to training you will receive nutrition advice and body assessments/measurements.

There are no elements or other prerequisites to enroll; simply email Meghan at Meghan@centervillecrossfit.com to get started as soon as tomorrow! We always welcome you to come out and try a class for free before enrolling!

Yoga Update

We are bringing yoga to CCF! We will have a class at 11:15-12:30 on Saturdays. Classes will be $10 per session. Anyone is welcome to attend.
