Community WOD a Success!

We had yet another great turnout for our montly community workout, with 24 of our 30 guests taking advantage of the free Elements their attendance earned them. We look forward to getting to know each of you and showing you more about what Centerville CrossFit has to offer. Our September workout will be held on Saturday, September 8 at 10:00 am due to the Labor Day holiday.


Tuesday WOD

OH Drills:

1 push press + 2 push jerks + 3 split jerks

5 x 2




In Teams of 2:

5 Rounds EACH:

10 burpees

20 DB push presses

30 mountain climbers (L+R=1)


*Alternate partners for each round
