Congratulations to all of our members who just finished the Whole 30 Challenge! We know it isn’t easy, but hopefully everyone has learned some healthful habits that can applied from here on out. We’d love to hear some feedback regarding positive changes the challenge had on you. Remember: nutrition is a huge part of meeting your goals. If you’ve hit a weight loss or training plateau, speak to one of the trainers about what you can do in the kitchen to help you in the gym!

Work up to a 1RM



8 Rounds of 20 sec. on 10 sec. off of:

Lunges (or Paratroopers)

Push Presses (~50% 1RM)

Flutterkicks (4 Count)

Score= Lowest score of each exercise added together
