Sarah and Deb go head to head on box jumps during a wod.  It's so fun to watch these ladies workout and progress at such an amazing rate.  They attack every workout with intensity and a lot of heart, which we all know are the key ingredients to becoming an elite crossfitter.  Keep up the awesome work ladies!!
