Dedication

 Deb has been really working hard for the past couple months. She has been making her 3 days a week at crossfit, Crossfit Endurance, Eating strict Paleo, and even doing some of the Louie WODs! Not many people show this much dedication! 

Family and Friends Saturday: This Saturday from 11:00-12:00 we are giving you a chance to bring in your friends and family to give CrossFit a try.  Don't forget your workout clothes and water!

Strength Program Seminar:  This Saturday 1:00-2:00.  If you can't make it but are interested in participating in the Strength Programs don't worry we will have a packet for you and it will bring you up to speed.
