Chad demonstrates his solid core with L-holds during a cool down as Sean watches in amazement.  L-holds are not an easy task but for Chad, dropping 40 lbs during his 4 month CrossFit career, has certainly  made the move a little easier.

Push-up Plank hold 1min 45 sec. 30 sec. (Start only)

Overhead Squats (aka Snatch Squats)
Wall Ball Sit-ups
Dips (Any Kind)


Cool Down

    You forgot to mention this time of year Chad will roll into CrossFit Creek with very little sleep because he’s out all night doing snow removal.
    All he has to do is step out of his truck and the snow piles itself.
