Eat Clean, Get Lean Challenge

Last week our challenge participants completed 50 days of clean eating. We will be announcing our overall winners this Saturday, but we wanted to point out some of the benefits the group reported:

*We had 2 Clients make the whole 50 days with Zero Cheats

*We still have more clients to measure, but after re-checking 12 individuals, we had a loss of over 100 pounds and 30 inches!

*Several clients noted more muscle definition

*Better sleep/less fatigue

*Lowered blood pressure

*Clearer skin/substantially less break-outs

*Absence of chronic stomach problem

*increased strength/improved performance in the gym

*No longer pre-occupied with food/craving healthy food

*Family and friends are now getting on board after seeing results

We are proud of everyone, and look forward to rolling out our “I Am CrossFit” challenge after the first of the year.

Community WOD
