This week’s Games WOD finally involves multiple elements:


18 minute AMRAP:

15 Box jumps (M 24″ box / F 20″ box)

12 Push press (M 115 lb / F 75 lb)

9 Toes-to-bar


For those who need to modify, we will offer scaled weight (115/95/75 M and 75/55/35 F), and the option to do knees-to-elbows. As with previous weeks, we will go over standards at 5:45 and the first heat will begin at 6:00. If you are a member of CCF and signed up for our team, Becky will place you in a heat. If you can’t make it and need to attend Sunday at 1:00, or if you’re from another box and would like to join us, please email her at brogers018@gmail.com ASAP!

Note: There will be no yoga this Saturday. However, we will be having CrossFit Kids from 1:30-2:00. Let Becky know the name and age of your child if you’d like him/her to try it out!
