Finishing CrossFit Style

DSC00026 Most of us have at some point have been a member of a regular globo-style gym in the past.  I'm sure you remember that after finishing your workout you simply got off the machine and walked out the door.  After a CrossFit workout sometimes it is difficult to just get up and walk out the door as Allison demonstres.
