Joe

Joe has been with us for the past month or so while he is in town for work. For those of you without facebook, a note from Joe. 

"In case you or anyone atCenterville Crossfit is interested, my home Crossfit gym R.A.W. Training in Pittsburgh is hosting their 2nd Annual Fall Brawl on October 22. It was a great event last year for all fitness and skill levels. I'll keep you posted on the details as they become available but just something to mark on the calendar if you or anyone is looking for a fun day of Crossfit!"
