  1. Watching dad and son doing crossfit together really motivates me to be a better parent with my own kids.

  2. Centerville Crossfit has crammed 200 lbs of awesome in a 180 lb diesel (-ish) package!
CCF has opened my eyes to what is possible when you eat right, go in with a good attitude and when you surround yourself with great and supportive people!

  3. So far, lost 15 pounds and two sizes (4.5 inches from waist alone) while gaining much needed tone. Looking forward to continuing the journey.

  4. CrossFit has taught me about nutrition. The Paleo diet just makes sense. It is also interesting to see how diet impacts EVERYTHING – mood, workouts, weight, sleep…
CrossFit has also helped me break through some barriers, both physical and psychological. I have done some things and made it through some workouts I never thought possible.
Further, CrossFit helped me meet some pretty great people.

  5. CF has shown me even when I thought I was in shape, I wasn’t. Running on a treadmill while watching TV isn’t a fitness plan. (I initially typed that as fitmess–seems appropriate.) There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to pick up both my kids. My body is capable of so much more than I ever thought, even if you sometimes need someone there pushing you to do it. Thanks so much for everything!

  6. Crossfit is changing my life completely for the better. I am gaining strength, stamina and mental toughness. I learn a lot about myself and what I really am capable of when I’m gasping for air and my body is screaming for mercy during a WOD. I am learning about much more effective ways to fuel my nutrition needs; even when I constantly mess up my Paleo diet, I find myself losing fat. I am surrounded by great people who are like-minded in their pursuit of self-improvement and greater health. There are no petty ego-driven issues at our box; anyone who pushes their personal limits during the WODs finds themselves humbled. Members are incredibly supportive of each other. We have awesome trainers, an incredible community and soon…a much bigger box! Crossfit is helping me to develop a capacity for life that I had previously given up hope for. Crossfit has saved my life. Plus we get to lift, carry, heave (and drop) heavy stuff regularly – totally sweet!
