Don’t forget, this WEDNESDAY is Matt’s Endurance Freak Fundraiser while he attempts to Solo the un-supported Odyssey Endorphin Fix 2-day Adventure Race in New River Gorge, WV (Link).  See last Wednesday for more details.  So let’s all show him some support!  Donations can be given at the gym.

Endurance Monday WOD

3 OHS Go Heavy

5 Pull ups C2B or 1 Muscle up

Clapping Push ups

Every minute on the minute for 20 • 15 • 10 minutes.  Do a round and then rest for the duration of the minute.

Cool Down

Team Row start 4 min after WOD (non rower is in active plank rest) switch as needed 2k each • 1k each • 750m each •500m each
