Good luck Carroll Soccer

 Good luck to the Carroll Girls Varsity Soccer Team! Tonight they play Alter.  The soccer girls have been working extremely hard this season thanks to their Asst. Coach. Who just happens to be one of our trainers!  Keep up the good work!

Wednesday WOD
 

1-arm DB OHS (Switch arms after 1/2 the set) 1+1=2

1-arm DB Power Snatches (Switch Arms after 1/2 the set) 1+1=2

10 - 8 - 6 - 4 – 2

Carry your Box out 1/2 way on your run 400m ( The Grassy Side of the building) • 200m (in front of the big white truck) 100m (the Dumpster) and do…

Burpee Box Jump Overs (Leave Box until the last set)

1 – 3 - 5 - 7 - 9

So, Red would start off by doing 10 OHS and 10 Power Snatches, then pick up a plyo box and take it half the way through their run route and set it down to do 1 Burpee Box Jump Over.  Do your set and run back to start 8 OHS and 8 power snatches run back, 3 Bupree Box jumps etc….So you are running in between your OHS/ Power Snatches and the Burpee Box jump overs.  Start and end on your color.  Your not done until you carry your box back to the gym after your last set of box jump overs. DO NOT DROP THE BOXES
