Guest Week!

This month we will be doing something a little bit different to handle the traffic of the new year.  We will be doing a guest week January 7th- January 11th during our evening classes! (4:30, 5:30, & 6:30)  This will be a time for you to bring in your friends and family to try crossfit!   (1 class during the week)

If you have friends or family that would like to attend please email admin@centervillecrossfit.com to check availability with the time and day.

Thursday WOD

A: Clean Pull + Clean


B: Every 2 min for a total of 10 Min.

5 Front Squats

10 T2B

Every 2 min for a total of 10 Min.

5 Deadlifts (no more than 70%)

10 Box Jumps
