DSC00716  Luke hangs around after a tough workout to practice his kipping pullups.  It's good to have you back in CrossFit Luke, keep up the good work.  It's obvious that you are much more dedicated this time around.  

Power Cleans 

1 rep – First Minute
2 reps – Second Minute
3 reps – Third Minute
4 reps – … and so on

Record the largest minute round in which you were able to finish all cleans

Cool Down

Strict Press till failure 3 2 1 rounds
Strict Pull-ups till failure
3 2 1 rounds
