Good luck to all of our members who began a Whole 30 on Monday. Remember to “Like” the Centerville CrossFit Paleo page on Facebook if you haven’t done so already. This will be a great place to get tips and ideas for getting through the 30 days with lots of recipes and support. Also, don’t forget to contact Jeff at BellyFire Catering if you’re interested in picking up Whole 30 compliant meals each Wednesday at the gym.
