Thom and Carol are two of our newest members here at Centerville Crossfit and they decided to pop in this past Friday for our strongman/crossfit wod to see what the hype was all about. It's always great to watch the new people (or "fresh meat" as Graham likes to call them) hungering to experience what our Gym and Crossfit has to offer.  Way to be aggressive and show those weights who's boss!!

Monday WOD

1 RM Back Squat

20 min time limit.  Then…

Dive Bomber Push ups

Hip Mobility (Trainer's Choice, can be done in Warm up) & Foam Roll then row as far as possible in 5 minutes
