Whether in the gym or in life, we all face hurdles that can slow or even stop our progress. We make excuses for why we can’t complete the WOD as Rx’d, why we don’t have time to get in the gym, why cleaning up our diet is too hard, or why we simply can’t be satisified with what we had. The following article will shoot holes in all of the excuses you’re making, and outlines some ways to live the life you deserve. Identify your obstacles, and then figure out a solution. Quit simply going through life and start living wide awake.
