It's always nice to see what we have passed on to our clients being used outside of the gym. Tuesday WOD

"Death By Pull ups"

1 Pull up on the first minute

2 Pull ups on the second minute…

Until you fail to complete all the pull ups in a given minute.  Your score is your last completed minute plus how many reps you completed on your failed round.  So if you failed on pull up 7 of your 11th minute your score would be 10+7

Then with the remained of the time find your 1 RM Box Jump height.
