It's Friday!

Today is the last day to sign up for tomorrow’s Centerville CrossFit Games Event. We will go over the standards and 3 workouts at 8:00 am, with heats immediately following. Please plan on arriving early to warm up and register so we can get started on time. For those not participating, please consider coming out and cheering on your fellow athletes!

Becky shared the following article on Facebook, but here it is again for anyone who didn’t see it. Often CrossFitters go full speed and hate to take the time to rest and heal when necessary. Read the  first of a three part series from Breaking Muscle to see if your body is giving you the warning signs of overtraining.


*The Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 class is CLOSED

*Please do not come in for individual workouts unless you’re part of the 5 day/week program or working one-on-one with one of our trainers

*No Boot Camp this Saturday due to the CCF Games
