Free Community Workout

Centerville CrossFit’s next FREE community workout will be October 1 at 10am.  This is a new time for the Community Workout.  Now is a great time to come try a FREE CrossFit workout! If you plan to attend please email Mitch at mlyons@centervillecrossfit.com to reserve your spot.

*Current Clients- There will only be the Community Workout on October 1st.  So if you plan to workout that Saturday you must bring a Friend!

Eat Clean, Get Lean Challenge

Centerville CrossFit is excited to announce a friendly competition to all of our clients: the 50 Day, Eat Clean, Get Lean Challenge. The contest will begin on October 4 and end November 24, just in time to enjoy Thanksgiving. We hope these 50 days of Paleo eating will serve to teach everyone some healthy eating habits so that you can effectively navigate the 6 weeks of holiday parties and gatherings in a more balanced manner. Participants will receive body assessments and mini-consultations to discuss the results at the beginning, halfway point, and end of the challenge. Additionally, this challenge is a competition, and prizes will be awarded at the end based upon improved body composition and fewest number of cheats.

If you have been feeling lost in terms of how to eat right to maximize your CrossFit potential, or if weight loss is a goal, this challenge is for you! In order to participate, sign up at the gym or email Meghan at meghanphilpot77@yahoo.com. There is a $30 registration fee which should be paid by the start of the challenge.
