Jan. 9th: Olympic Weightlifting Specialty Class Begins

Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 – 7:30 pm, starting January 9th.

This 4 week long class is being offered to members and non-members,

(any level of fitness) that want to focus solely on Olympic lifting movements.

Led by Coach Spencer, participants can expect to receive guidance on

how to improve their technique, form, skill and positioning in the snatch and clean & jerk.

He will also cover issues and scenarios that one can expect to find in Olympic lifting meets and CrossFit competitions.

Space is limited to 10 people!!
