Memorial Day Recap

Great job to everyone who joined us to complete our annual “Memorial Day Murph” workout. We had a lot of people attempting it for the first time, and despite the heat, every single person fought through it in typical CCF fashion. This workout can take a serious toll on your body for several days; make sure you spend some extra time on mobility and foam rollers before and after class and at home. Also, with summer officially here, make sure you are making an extra effort to stay hydrated each day!


Reminders and Updates


*This Friday at 6:00 pm we will be having our “Friday Night Lights” workout for our current members. Everyone is welcome to join us for a workout designed to replicate the feel of the Games Open. There will be no 4:30 or 5:30 classes, but all other classes will run as normal.


*We still have a few spots open for our free Community Workout this Saturday at 10:00 am. Members should only plan to join this workout if you bring a guest, as we’ve had sellout groups the last several months. To RSVP, email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com


*Beginning June 4, our regular Boot Camp classes will be offered Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am at the gym. Additionally, we have 2 different 6 week outdoor Boot Camps beginning the week of June 11. We will offer a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6 am option in Waynesville and a Tuesday/Thursday option at Stubbs Park in Centerville.
