Mental Toughness

Jess mentally prepares before doing Max strict presses.  In order to be "crossfit" you must be mentally tough.  You must be prepared for what you are about to put your body through.  Sometimes all it takes is a couple deep breaths and other times it takes the whole day at work to prepare. But when it all comes down to it, you must be just as, if not more mentally tough than you are physically tough.
