Thanksgiving Day Holiday Hours

28th: Thanksgiving Day WOD @ 10am. No other class times.

Friday 29th: Open Gym (10am-5PM)

Saturday 30th: Open Gym (9am-Noon)

OPEN gym means  there will be no formal classes held on these days. Come make up your own workout, work on skills, or do a workout that we give you!

A1. Front squat @23X2; 4-6 reps

A2. DB torso row @21X0; 5-7 reps

10 thrusters 95#/65#

10 CTB chin ups

rest 90 sec
